GYM MACHINES • FREE WEIGHTS • COMPLETE GYMS

Sell your used gym equipment

Upgrading your machines, relocating or closing a gym? We help businesses sell used gym machines, cardio equipment and free weights, from a smaller lot to a complete gym.

We can receive equipment at our warehouse or manage the sale directly from your warehouse or gym. Send an equipment list and photographs so we can assess the right arrangement.

Our warehouse or a sale directly from your premises

Equipment does not always need to be moved before it is sold. We agree on handling based on space, quantities, timing and loading and transport requirements.

Equipment received at our warehouse

When you need to free up space, we can agree to receive the gym equipment at our warehouse for resale. Before anything moves, we confirm which items will be delivered, the receiving date and arrangements for transport, any dismantling and loading.

Sales managed from your premises

Equipment can remain at your warehouse or gym while we manage the sale. We agree on sales information, viewings, access and handover to buyers. This can suit larger machines or a complete gym where an additional move would involve more work.

What used gym equipment can you sell?

We assess exercise equipment from gyms, hotels, workplace gyms and other businesses. These are examples of equipment that can be included in a resale assignment.

Treadmills and cardio machines

Treadmills, cross trainers, stair climbers and other cardio equipment. Include the manufacturer, model, known condition and any operating information available from the console.

Exercise bikes and rowing machines

Exercise bikes, indoor cycling bikes, air bikes, rowing machines and ski trainers. Describe the resistance, drive, display and adjustment mechanisms, plus included accessories.

Strength and cable machines

Weight-stack machines, leg presses, cable stations and machines for chest, back and legs. Include dimensions, weight, weight stacks and whether dismantling is needed for removal.

Free weights and storage racks

Dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, weight plates and their racks. List quantities, individual weights and which sets are complete.

Benches and racks

Adjustable benches, bench presses, squat racks, power racks and functional training stations. Include dimensions, accompanying parts and whether equipment is anchored in place.

Complete gyms and larger lots

Mixed lots from gym closures, upgrades or relocations. A combined list of machines, weights, benches and other equipment helps us plan the sale.

When a gym is upgraded, relocated or closed

Replacing gym machines, closing a facility or clearing a workplace gym can leave equipment with resale value. We help assess what can be sold and whether a complete lot or separate items are more suitable. Tell us when the premises need to be cleared and whether equipment will remain in use during the sales period.

Include the manufacturer and exact model, for example Technogym, Life Fitness, Matrix, Precor, Eleiko or Concept2. These names are identification examples; value and sales arrangements are assessed for each lot.

How the sale works

  1. Describe the equipment

Send models, quantities, photographs and known condition. Include the location, access and when you need to free up space.

  2. Assess and plan

We review the information, demand, potential resale value and whether to split the lot into separate items.

  3. Agree on method and location

We agree on the sales method and whether equipment comes to our warehouse or stays at your premises, including responsibilities, costs and timing.

  4. Sell and hand over

Sales, handover and accounting follow the agreement. Transport, loading and any dismantling are planned in advance.

Information we need to assess the equipment

A clear equipment list helps us assess both value and handling. Please include:

  • Manufacturer, model, quantity and approximate age where known.
  • Photographs of complete items, identification plates and any wear or damage.
  • Known functionality, service history, faults and missing parts.
  • Weights and quantities for dumbbells, weight plates, kettlebells and barbells.
  • Machine dimensions and weight, stairs, lifts, doorway dimensions and loading access.
  • Location, timing and whether you prefer delivery to our warehouse or a sale from your own premises.

Any logins, subscriptions or stored user information need to be addressed before handover. Tell us if functionality is unknown. Any testing, dismantling, packing and transport are agreed as part of the arrangement.

Direct purchase, consignment or auction?

Direct purchase of gym equipment

Where a lot is suitable for purchase, we can make an offer for all or part of the equipment. Models, condition, quantities and demand inform our assessment.

Consignment and auction

Gym machines, complete gyms and mixed lots can also be sold on consignment or at auction. We select a sales channel and agree on costs and accounting. Sales from our warehouse or directly from your premises may both be suitable.
