For a cost of SEK 300/month, you subscribe to our expertise in functional testing. We charge for the bugs we find. It can be anything from small bugs like typos or missed translations to more serious errors like crashes. If you wish, we also include suggestions for UX improvements for your e-commerce, website or app.
Only SEK 300 per month
At intervals of about 30 days, we go into your application and test functions and try to find errors. We send the bugs we find to you so you can fix them. Note that we don't normally look for errors in product descriptions or product titles, but we can add them.
We divide them into different categories: Visual, Functional, Crash, Content and Performance. We also assess the risk in four stages: low, medium, high and critical. If we find bugs that we deem critical, we will contact you immediately in the way you wish for immediate action.
We test your application to see if it is correct for your region. We check that text is translated and that other functions follow Swedish standards. We also look for spelling errors and convoluted expressions.
If you have a page or app aimed at a Swedish target group, it is important that everything looks Swedish, regardless of whether you are a Swedish or foreign company. It provides security for the customer that your company is active in Sweden and increases convention.
If you want to know that your payment solution meets the criteria, we can carry out test purchases at spontaneous or planned times. If you or your payment provider have made updates, it is important to find bugs that can cause the checkout not to work and your customers to abandon the purchase.
We also check that prices, discounts and shipping are included correctly in the order.
According to your wishes, we can create different test purchases where we let the product go all the way to us as if we were a regular customer. You can find out how your system and your staff fulfill the instructions you have to achieve full customer satisfaction. It can be small things like attached documents being blurred to bigger problems like your warehouse not packing the goods properly.
